General information on shipping

Shipping is carried out by Deutsche Post or DHL. Small items are usually sent in a kraft or bubble mailer. Posters, mugs and larger formats in cardboard boxes.

If you order items that are not currently available, you can have the items that are already available sent as a partial delivery. Please note, however, that this will incur multiple shipping costs. Orders placed separately cannot be combined for logistical reasons.

This is a small business managed by 2 people, so it usually takes a few days before we can pack the orders and send them to the post office. The processing time is approx. 5 to 7 days. If your order is not shipped after 7 days please contact us. We will respond within 3 business days.

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may be incurred which are not included in the total price shown and over which we have no control!
