We are located in the EU, so absolutely yes!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Can Runeko sign the prints or artbooks?
Yes, absolutely!

Keychains and standees: kraft or bubble mailer
Books and mugs: cardboard box
Posters and stationery: kraft mailer

Why is my order not shipped yet?
Please allow 5-7 days to process your order as this is a small side-business managed by 2 people. If it’s not shipped after 7 days please contact us. We will respond within 3 business days.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
