By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Please also note that I have a full-time job and semi-chronic health issues, so commissions can take between 1 month and 12 months to finish. I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible, however real life issues can happen, so please be patient with me.

1. Payment

• Commissions must be paid up front. 
• You will receive an invoice, please don’t send me the payment first.
• I will start after I have received the payment and all the required information.
• Payment will be received via Paypal or VGen only. Within Germany, bank transfer is also possible.

2. Work Process

• You will receive the initial sketch as soon as it is completed.
• You may request low resolution WIP screenshots at any point of the process.
• If you want alterations after seeing the sketch/WIP please let me know immediately. Once you agreed to proceed, any changes to the previous step will be subject to extra charge.

3. Supplying References

• I will only accept your commission if adequate VISUAL references are provided. I will not accept written references, nor will I read your fanfiction to get an idea of your OC. However, a short paragraph that summarizes their character is perfectly acceptable and well appreciated.
• The more information I receive, the easier and faster I will be able to complete your commission (pose, clothes, background etc.).
• I will draw slight NSFW, but limited to female/feminine characters only. Nudity and slightly ecchi poses are okay.
• I will NOT draw furries/mechas/old people/muscular characters/porn, simply because I am not capable of achieving satisfying results.
• I will NOT design a character for you, nor will I accept Frankenstein commissions (= character designs put together from dozens of different references).

4. Deadline and Delivery

• You are purchasing only the digital file, not the printed illustration. Large and resized versions of the artwork will be sent after completion.
• An average estimated completion time is listed among the details of each commission type. However, due to aforementioned circumstances, completion may sometimes take longer than expected. In such a case, I will inform you as soon as possible.
• Urgent commissions that require faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees.

5. Copyright/Reposting

• I own the rights to all my works which allows me to use and repost them online or include them in artbooks (promotion purposes).
• I will not own the rights to any of your characters you may request me to draw.
• Commercial use of my works is prohibited. For commercial commissions please refer to point 6. below.
• The client is allowed to use, print for personal use, and repost the commissioned work. Credit is appreciated but not required.
• The client is NOT allowed to change, modify, edit my work without my permission.
• The client is NOT allowed to claim the work as their own or anyone else’s efforts.
• Private artworks/withholding the artist from posting the illustration publicly may cost extra.

6. Commercial Commissions

• I will charge an additional fee for the rights to use my work commercially. There are three different price tiers:
• +50% of base price: artworks used for pure advertising purposes (e.g. promotional material, social media artwork, etc.)
• +100%: commercial use when the artwork is used in a medium where you are receiving profit from, but it is not the bulk of the product
  (e.g. CD cover, game art, VModels, Twitch emotes, etc.)
• +200%: commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product (e.g. prints, merchandise, etc. made off of the artwork)

7. Refunds/Canceling

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances arising on the client side. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
• The client may request to cancel the commission and issue a refund should I fail to deliver the commission within a priorly agreed timeframe.
• I hold the right to decline or cancel a commission and refund the money after the payment has been received.

By commissioning me you are agreeing to all the aforementioned terms.
